Central Coast Wine

American Viticultural Area (AVA) Central Coast is one of America's largest and stretches from Santa Barbara County to the Bay of San Francisco.

Its more than 100,000 acres for the cultivation of wine grapes are serving in a nearly 50 percent Chardonnay.

Its sub-or micro denominations of origin also have marked their producciónpor causing cooling of the Pacific Ocean waters within them we can highlight to Caramel Valley, Edna Valley, Monterey, San Bernabe, Santa Maria Valley, San Antonio Valley, and Rita Hills.

Other strains that characterize the Central Coast are Albarino, Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Orange Muscat, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, Pinot Gris, Tempranillo, Vermentino, Viognier and Zinfandel.
